Solstice took on a very large, very complex project that went live at multiple facilities simultaneously. Their team was prepared and worked tirelessly through startup helping even in areas where they had little or no responsibilities. Of all the changes made, the changes around the MES and most importantly the MES - SAP production interface, came together with very little if any issue.
